Our continuous and autoclave curing capabilities, coupled with large extrusion heads allow us to make custom parts from tiny O-Ring material all the way to large 12” x 12” extrusions. We specialize in EPDM, SBR, TPE/TPR, Neoprene, and Nitrile. In-House tooling operations allow quick turnarounds for tooling on custom shapes and sizes.
Whether you’re looking for small injection-molded grommets or large rubber-to-metal components, we have your molded rubber needs covered. Compression, injection, and transfer machinery put us in a position to make any component up to 36” in length and width. Producing a high volume of EPDM and TPE/TPR components puts us in a very competitive position with those two materials. We also specialize in nitrile, SBR, Butyl, and Neoprene molded rubber.

Steel
Our certified welders work to make our steel leveling ties for streetcar systems. We are experts and would gladly take on custom welding projects and offer an extremely competitive rate.

Cold Rolled Steel
We use cold rolling to form channels for our t-strip system. There is approximately 50% capacity available on our cold roll line for custom work and we’d love to help.
